This is a self paced course that starts immediately upon purchase.
How long do I have access to the course?
You will have access to this material for three months from the time of purchase. One of the reasons for limited access is so that you do it! My own experience with purchasing courses is that if I have lifetime access, I never completely do the course because I save it for another day. A week is plenty of time to dive into this material. If you practice the exercises every week for three months, you will not need access to the material after that because you will know the practices by heart. They are simple, just dive in!
